In 1992, Terry Julian purchased a plot of land in Newquay, Cornwall, envisioning it as a cornerstone for his family fruit and vegetable business. Little did he know that his entrepreneurial spirit would sow the seeds for what would become the thriving commercial hub known as Prow Park Business Village.

Fast forward 32 years, and the once modest plot has blossomed into a dynamic mixed-use development, thanks to the dedication and vision of Terry's son, Baylor Julian. 

Prow Park has evolved into a bustling village, home to over 500 storage containers and approximately 70 commercial tenants, where businesses of all sizes can flourish. 

Prow Park also offers a Car Spa boasting cutting-edge amenities, including two state-of-the-art Karcher automated gantry car washes. Complementing these are two manual lance bays and additional facilities such as air, water, screen wash, and vacuum stations, offering a comprehensive car care experience. Operating from Monday to Sunday, the spa accommodates early risers and night owls alike, welcoming customers from 7 am to 7 pm for utmost convenience.
